Condition: The lamp must be unused, in the original condition, and with all original packaging, accessories, and manuals intact.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required for all refunds.

2. Non-Refundable Items
Custom Orders: Lamps that were made to your specifications or are personalized (e.g., color, size, design) are not eligible for refund.

Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or at a discount may not be eligible for a refund. Check product details before purchasing.

3. How to Process a Return
Contact Us: Please contact our customer service team within the return period to initiate your refund.

Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for returning the lamp.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or damaged during shipping.

If your lamp arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with pictures of the damage. We will offer you a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost.
