Always unplug a lamp before cleaning. Use a soft bristled brush (such as a large artist’s brush) to remove dust from the fabric lampshade. If necessary wipe the melinex lining of the lampshade with a damp cloth. Do not use water on the fabric part. Use a clean soft cloth to remove any dust from the light bulb and the lamp base. Do not use water on the base. If your lampshade is pleated or does
not have a plastic interior lining, use caution not to create any dents when you are cleaning.
